Pleated filters allow maximum filtarion area for the space used. These filters have a variety of end caps ranging from epoxy, plasticol and plastic to molded felt. Some are self supporting while others have metal cores

These filters demonstrate molded felt pieces that have had additional finishing done to them. Some have rubber gaskets and grommets that are molded into them from our injection mold machine. Others are stamped to a particular size. The black cap is molded plastic from our injection mold machine and fits over one of our pleated filters.

Mark II Cartidges have a high solids loading capacity with tremendous depth filration, and low pressure drop characteristics that permit high flow rates. They are available in 10", 20" and 30" lenghts. Special Requirement inquires are welcomed. Click the graph to view larger image
