Resin treating the
felt allows us to strengthen it, as well as adjust the porosity
for each individual filtration application. This also makes
the felt impervious to the gas, oil, air or chemical it is
filtering. Service temperatures range from -40 degrees F to
+250 degrees F.
The pleated filters allow maximum filtration area for the
space used. These filters have a variety of end caps ranging
from epoxy, plastisol and plastic to molded felt. Some are
self supporting while the others have metal cores.
